ACCESS CONTROL - www.accesstrack.co.zaOur Driver’s license scanners utilizes the Access Track software. Different reasons of entry and exit will be recorded accordingly. Wireless Driver’s License scanner to use on all Trucks, Visitors and Employees vehicles when coming in and going out.
ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING - www.alcosafe.co.zaBreathlyser for all entering the premises, if high percentages of alcohol found, person/s will not be allowed in the premises. We are using a LION Breathlyser
PATROLLING - www.betatrac.comUse of an E Guard Patrolling unit, a route is set up for the security to take whilst on patrol, any idleness/slow movements or fast movements will be picked up immediately, prompting the controller to confront the security on patrol why.
CRIMINAL CLEARANCE TESTING - www.nevetec.co.za All our security officers will undertake fingerprint testing to check for any criminal records. We use Nevetec Trading cc for all our Testing.
TRAINING - www.proteacoin.co.zaWe recently got a Total SA contract were by we are working side by side with Bidvest Protea Coin, as we are still a growing company they are helping us in penetrating innovative security operations, etc., they also help us with the Training of our Guards
COMMUNICATIONS - www.vertel.co.zaWe have started working in conjunction with Khuselo Communications for all our radios, we have our own license and frequency, there won’t be any interference whatsoever, or any eavesdropping from other broadcasters/ security companies’ channels
SURVEILLANCE - www.regal.co.zaWe install our own CCTV Cameras at the Guardhouse entrance and exit gate, also at the Trucks entrance and exit Gates, we also look for strategic placements were there might be blind spots and install there as well.
REPORTING - www.onlineintelligence.co.zaUse of an Electronic OB Book, all incidents and matters will be recorded on this EOB, all relevant management emails will be uploaded and once an incident occurs or records need to be submitted, they will receive them electronically
GUARDS ATTENDANCE - www.itatec.co.zaWe are introducing an attendance system were by our guards have to clock in on Arrival, Lunch time and Departure. Dayshift Duty starts at 06:00AM, Nightshift Duties starts at 18:00PM.

ESCORT SERVICES
The company provides personal escorts Cash In Transit: We provide protection on collection of money from companies / businesses and government institutions to financial institutions (banks) and vice-versa by well trained security officers.
Globetrotters (Tourists): We also provide escorts to tourists from their pick-up points to their destination by armed security officers.
ENSURING SECURITY
We patrol the clients' premises in a professional manner on 24 hour basis. We utilise Electronic Clocking Systems.

OUR SERVICE ASSURANCE
* We make sure that Guards are posted on time with the relevant grades according to client`s specification.
* We ensure that all Pictures of Security Guards to be onsite are forwarded to the relevant client`s management team.
* We ensure that transport is available for Guards on a 24 hour basis.
* We ensure all accessories for operational needs are available.
* We make sure that standby personnel is available every time should there be an unfortunate incident.
* We ensure good Site Conduct, Supervision from both our Guards and Site Supervisor, Site Manager.
* We ensure good communication with the client, by visiting client at least twice a month, sending daily reports concerning the site.
